The Investec / NMMU Accounting Winter School has been scheduled at NMMU George Campus from 14 to 18 July and more than 200 learners from the Southern Cape region have registered to attend it. Besides honing their subject knowledge, learners will also be exposed to various aspects of campus life.
NMMU’s BCom Accounting programmes are internationally acknowledged, like all NMMU’s qualifications. The BCom Accounting programmes, offered both in Port Elizabeth and George, are high in demand and continues to attract high calibre students who achieve excellent academic outcomes.

Francelise Maartens (left), Gizelle Potgieter (center) and Mauritz du Plessis (right) were congratulated by a proud Prof Quinton Johnson, NMMU George Campus Principal (second to left) and Prof Frans Prinsloo, Director of the School of Accounting (second from right). Francelise and Gizelle are both holders of the prestigious VC Scholarship and are currently studying at the NMMU George Campus while Mauritz is busy with postgraduate studies at NMMU in Port Elizabeth.
