The three-day event, which forms part of the run-up to the World Forestry Congress (WFC) scheduled for September this year, will feature the same theme and subthemes as the WFC. The event will be held under the theme “Forests and People: Investing in a Sustainable Future”.
It will also include exhibitions by industry and related stakeholders, as well as a special focus on the youth, aimed at capturing the inputs and contributions from senior students and young academics through a dynamic interactive process – a youth cafĂ©/dialogue on the second day of the Indaba.
